Shimon is the senior partner at MS LAW Solicitors, They are a commercial law firm specialising in
property law and were responsible for how Lease Options are drafted in the UK

Also a prolific property investor in his own right, Shimon has over 20 years experience as a landlord
with his first BTL purchased whilst still a trainee solicitor.

Shimon is also a Property developer and has converted several commercial buildings into HMOs or
small and large blocks of Serviced Accommodation or holiday let flats
